Frances Wiemann

Frances Wiemann has been involved with Emerald City since 2002 as a member. Over those years Fran has hosted various events for the ladies of Emerald City. She was the Co-Chairperson for the first Cross Dress For Success Formal in 2008 and then again as Chairperson for the second Dress For Success in 2009 "The Homecoming Dance You Missed." Both were charity events for the Seattle Y.W.C.A. Dress for Success program.

She has worked with local vendors in the Seattle area revising a vendor's list for Emerald City Members and has also set up business open house events for the Emerald City members to come see what they have to offer. Fran enjoys being a hostess. Being asked in 2010 to be a Table Captain for the Y.W.C.A. Inspire Lunch was an honor for her. She and seven members of Emerald City had lunch with 1,100 other ladies helping raise funds for the Seattle Y.W.C.A. and Dress for Success Program.

Frances looks forward to being the Chairperson for this year’s Saturday Night Gala.
