Lynn Skinner

Lynn Skinner has been a professional singer and voice coach for over 30 years. Through her business, Vocal Eyes Music, Lynn offers world-class live performances, several CD releases on her own record label, and private/group vocal consultation and training techniques for performers and business professionals. Coaching TG clients is extremely rewarding for Lynn. As a performing musician, Lynn regularly encounters risk, courage, and authenticity, and she easily integrates her knowledge of these elements into each TG voice session. In a safe, playful setting, Lynn explores the rhythmic, melodic, and expressive aspects the transitioning TG voice. She has also collaborated with Kathe Perez on several internationally acclaimed voice feminization CDs, and will have a new voice training CD of her own available in 2010.

TIPS for Your Feminine Voice: Tone, Intensity, Power and Style

In a playful setting, we will work with elements I use as a professional singer and voice coach to discover new speaking TIPS: Tone color, Intensity, Personal power, and Style for better delivery and impact. Improvisation, singing, and making wild noises will accompany some practical exercises for developing a more feminine sound and means of expression. This compliments Lynn’s previous Esprit workshop, "The Music of the Feminine Voice".
