I am a Counselor and Psychotherapist specializing in working with adults with various life challenges. I have a Masters' Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, I am a Mental Health Professional, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, certified as a Chemical Dependency Professional, and a WPATH Adult Gender Specialist. I have been in private practice since September 2008. Before entering private practice I gained experience as a counselor/therapist beginning in January 2002 working in inpatient and outpatient agencies.

I live and work in Mountlake Terrace, just north of Seattle. I am happy and proud to live my life with mind, body, and spirit in congruence.

This class will explore emotional challenges and pitfalls that people can experience with an emphasis on understanding and coping. Also included will be WPATH Standards of Care information.
