Leeza Edwards

As a spiritual teacher, Leeza has assisted many in transcending the conditioned mind of self-created limitation and suffering. In doing so has been the Loving source that allows for equanimity and spacious peace to grow in everyone she encounters. She offers authentic Love in her teaching and guidance, allowing for amazing transformation to be realized by those experiencing physical, mental and emotional pain. Whether teaching about the nature of mind, self-inquiry, LGBTQ spirituality, authentic language or conscious awareness, she invites you to see from the cosmic and quantum perspectives.

She's recently finished her first book "Seeds of Authentic Expressions" and is intending to self-publish this immediately. Currently writing 2 other books on topics just mentioned. Recent relocated to Portland Oregon from San Francisco California. Beginning this summer she'll be offering several workshops, retreats, "trans-spiritual gatherings" and has begun two initiatives in the Northwest region.

All of her work is intended to assist people in moving beyond self created limitation and division, by incorporating deeper self-inquiry, teachings of the worlds wisdom traditions, discoveries in cognitive neuroscience and quantum theory to name a few. Leeza also sits on the "Trans-spiritual Council". Currently a council of four trans-persons, it affirms that it will grow into a council of twelve, to include intersexed persons. Members of the Council include many faith/wisdom traditions and it's this all inclusive view that's at the heart of the Councils message to the world. Thought Is Energy

A dialog regarding how thought is preceded by intention, the mechanics of perception and the experience of life through the non-egoic lens. Topics:

• Permission to have new perspectives, what's the real look of the world?
• In the beginning there is a thought, co-creating the experience of life
• We came into "being" by intention, the essence of every thought
• Being identified as a body and as an emotional state
• Taking responsibility for my thoughts
• Moving beyond "positive thinking"
• Infinite states of mind, todays neuroscience - What our spiritual traditions teach us, living in self-Love
• Education, finance & governance, a new sustainable model

This offering will be a fun discussion on the linear perspective that's become the dominant world-view. Including examples of how children take on an unconscious (egoic) identity at an early age and how the adult then experiences life through a conditioned perceptual framework. By providing some personal accounts, first person observations and those of my clients, I'll show with humor, how it's possible to shift into a more Loving, conscious perspective.

Gender journey giving way to one of spirit

Many throughout history and today, called by many names, live in a richer domain free of conditioned gender norms. Modern culture know of them conceptually as gender-queer/variant, transsexual, transgender, intersexed or two-spirit. Rarely is there an understanding beyond the labels. So this will be an open dialog about a precious and courageous journey of transformation and transcendence. Along the way, we'll offer a greater vision for those whom this dialog is about. To the world at large we offer that our existence is as real as yours, our gifts are many and all that's required is that you be open to receiving them.

Topic list includes:

• The universality of transformation, nothing is static
• Where is gender located? Mind, chromosomes, hormones, genitals?
• Call me by my correct names, our history and mythology
• Two-spirit, ancestry lineage and our native tongues

Leeza hosts a followup evening activity known as a Trans-Spiritual Gathering on Thursday evening in the Hollywood Beach Hospitality Suite. This is a quiet time to share your experiences and revisit the ideas of the class and a chance to take a spiritual "breather" before the hectic weekend starts.

Trans-Spiritual Gathering

This is an evening activity open to all attendees who are curious about topics of transgender spirituality or material covered in Leeza's sessions. It is a relaxed, thoughtful gathering and a chance to gather your thoughts before heading into the weekend.
